My Services
Thoughtful design, shaped around you
Whether you're looking for a little guidance or ready to reimagine your entire home, the starting point is always the same: understanding you, your needs and what matters most.
If you're not quite sure which service is right for you, don't worry. We'll begin with a complimentary discovery call, talk through your ideas and explore what kind of support would be most useful for your project.
From there, I'll put together a bespoke proposal that reflects your needs, your priorities and the level of involvement you'd like from me.
Every home, every family and every project is different. Some spaces need a fresh perspective and a little expert guidance, while others call for a more considered design or a complete transformation.
At E A Design Studio, I believe good design is about more than how a room looks. It’s about how it feels, how it functions and how it supports the way you live.
Whether you need help making a few important decisions or would like support throughout an entire renovation, I offer three bespoke design services, each shaped around your needs, your home and the level of involvement you’d like from me.
-
Expert advice for a particular design dilemma.
A little clarity, a fresh perspective and the confidence to move forward.
Sometimes, you don’t need a complete redesign. You simply need a little help working out what isn't quite right, what could work better, or which direction to take next.
Following an initial, complimentary discovery call, I'll visit your home for a one-to-one design consultation, focusing on the particular room, space or design dilemma you'd like help with.
This might mean finding a colour palette that brings everything together, choosing the right lighting to create a more inviting atmosphere in the evening, or rethinking the layout so your room works better for you and your family.
Together, we'll explore ideas, talk through possibilities and find practical, considered solutions that feel right for your home.
Your consultation might include:
Colour & Paint Consultation – developing a considered colour palette that complements your space, its natural light and the atmosphere you'd like to create.
Soft Furnishings & Finishing Touches – advice on fabrics, cushions, curtains, rugs and other details that bring a room together.
Lighting Advice – exploring different types and layers of lighting to enhance how your room looks and feels throughout the day and into the evening.
Space Planning & Layout Advice – finding ways to make better use of your space, improve the flow of a room and support the way you live.
Design Direction – helping you bring your ideas together, make confident decisions and establish a clear direction for your room.
Every consultation is different, because every home and every design dilemma is different. We'll focus on what matters most to you, giving you practical advice and a clearer idea of how to move forward.
Ideal for: Those who would love a professional eye and a little reassurance before making decisions, without committing to a full design service.
Your consultation begins with a complimentary discovery call, followed by a bespoke in-home consultation.
Let's talk about your space.
-
One room, thoughtfully reimagined around the way you live.
Some rooms need a little more than a fresh coat of paint or a few new furnishings. They need a considered plan, a clear design direction and an understanding of how everything will work together.
My One-Room Design service takes a deeper look at a space, bringing together your needs, your personal style and the practicalities of everyday life to create a room that feels unmistakably yours.
Whether it's a bedroom that needs to become a more restful retreat, a kitchen that needs to work harder for family life, a bathroom ready for a complete rethink, or a hallway that deserves more than being a place to pass through, we'll work together to create a design that feels both beautiful and considered.
Your design may include:
Design Concept & Moodboards – establishing the overall look and feel of your room through inspiration, colours, materials and carefully considered design ideas.
Colour & Material Specification – selecting paint colours, finishes, textures and materials that work harmoniously together.
Space Planning & Layout Design – developing a layout that makes the most of your space, improves circulation and supports how you use the room.
Bespoke Joinery & Furniture Design – designing made-to-measure cabinetry, storage and furniture where a tailored solution will make all the difference.
Detailed Design Drawings – as required, including floor plans, lighting layouts, electrical layouts and bespoke joinery drawings to communicate the design clearly.
Furniture, Lighting & Finishes Schedule – a detailed guide to the furniture, lighting, fittings, fixtures, finishes and accessories selected for your room, with product information to help you or your chosen tradespeople source and implement the design.
Furniture & Accessory Selection – choosing the pieces that bring the room together, from key furniture items to the smaller details that give it character.
3D Visualisations – if you'd like to see how your room could look before work begins, illustrative 3D renders can be arranged for an additional fee.
Not every room needs every element, and that's the beauty of a bespoke service. We'll establish what your project requires, which elements you'd like me to develop and how much support you'd like along the way.
I can provide the design and documentation for you to take forward yourself, help with sourcing and purchasing, or remain involved as the room comes together. The scope is tailored to your project, rather than fitting you into a fixed package.
Ideal for: Anyone wanting to transform a particular room, with a thoughtful design and the flexibility to choose the level of professional support they need.
-
From the first floor plan to the final finishing touches.
Some projects deserve more than a few well chosen pieces. They call for a bigger picture, a clear vision and a carefully coordinated approach to bringing everything together.
Whether you're renovating several rooms, reimagining an entire house or starting with a property that needs a complete transformation, I'll help you navigate the process, developing a cohesive design that reflects who you are, how you live and what you want your home to become.
From the earliest conversations and layout ideas through to materials, bespoke joinery, furniture and final installation, every element is considered as part of the whole. The aim is to create a home that feels connected, works beautifully and has a character that is entirely its own.
Depending on your project and the level of support you need, your service may include:
Initial Consultation & Project Brief – understanding your aspirations, priorities, lifestyle, budget and how you'd like your home to work.
Space Planning & Layout Development – exploring the best use of space, room configurations, circulation and opportunities for improvement.
Interior Design Concepts – establishing the overall design direction, with moodboards, concept imagery, colour palettes and material selections.
Colour, Materials & Finishes – specifying paint, flooring, wall finishes, tiles, worktops, hardware and other materials to create a considered, cohesive interior.
Kitchen & Bathroom Design – developing layouts, finishes, fixtures, fittings and design details to suit your home and the way you use it.
Bespoke Joinery & Furniture Design – creating tailored cabinetry, storage and furniture that makes the most of your space.
Detailed Architectural & Interior Design Drawings – preparing the relevant drawing package, which may include proposed floor plans, elevations, lighting and electrical layouts, joinery details and other drawings required to communicate the design.
Furniture, Lighting & Finishes Specification – a coordinated schedule detailing selected furniture, lighting, sanitaryware, fittings, finishes and accessories, together with relevant product and supplier information.
3D Visualisations – helping you understand the proposed design and visualise how the finished spaces will come together.
Planning & Building Regulations Guidance (where required) – If your project doesn't involve an architect or project manager, I can provide guidance on identifying whether planning permission, listed building consent or building regulations may apply, and help you understand what steps may be needed. Where specialist advice or formal applications are required, I'll help identify the appropriate professionals to support you.
Furniture Procurement & Sourcing – sourcing and, where agreed, managing the ordering of furniture, lighting, fittings and accessories to bring the design to life.
Trade & Supplier Coordination – working with the relevant tradespeople, suppliers and project professionals to communicate the design intent and coordinate the agreed elements of the project.
Site Visits & Design Oversight – visiting the property at appropriate stages to review progress, discuss design details and help ensure the design is being carried through as intended.
Installation & Final Styling – coordinating the placement of furniture, artwork, accessories and finishing details to bring the completed spaces together.
Every project is different, so the precise scope of work will depend on the size and complexity of your renovation, the professionals involved and how much you'd like me to manage on your behalf.
Some clients want me to focus on the design itself, while others prefer a more hands-on service, with support coordinating trades, sourcing furniture and overseeing the finishing stages. We'll discuss what's needed at the outset and agree a clear scope of work, so you understand exactly what I'll be responsible for and how I'll support you throughout.
Where specialist architectural, structural, building control or other professional services are required, I'll help identify and coordinate with the appropriate professionals as part of the agreed scope.
Ideal for: Homeowners planning a substantial renovation, reconfiguration or whole-home transformation who want a considered design and a consistent point of contact throughout the agreed stages of their project.

Sometimes, a space doesn't need redesigning. It simply needs to be seen in its best light.
Whether you're preparing your home for sale or looking to showcase your business, thoughtful styling can make all the difference. It's about drawing attention to the details, creating a sense of atmosphere and helping people connect with a space before they've even stepped inside.
My Styling service is designed for residential and commercial clients who want to present their interiors beautifully through professional photography or video. Working with the space, furnishings and features you already have, I'll bring everything together with a considered eye, making the most of what's there and introducing additional pieces where needed.
Residential Styling – Preparing Your Home for Sale
Selling your home is about helping potential buyers imagine themselves living there. Thoughtful styling can highlight your property's best features, create a welcoming atmosphere and help rooms feel more spacious, balanced and inviting.
I'll work with you to prepare your home for photography, helping to arrange furniture, edit accessories, introduce finishing touches and create a sense of flow from room to room. The aim is to show your home at its best, while allowing its character to shine through.
Commercial Styling – Showcasing Your Space
Whether you're a hospitality business, holiday-let owner, retailer or another business with a physical space to share, the way your interiors are presented can say so much about your brand.
From preparing a boutique hotel or holiday cottage for a photoshoot to styling a workspace, shop or hospitality interior for website imagery, social media or promotional videos, I'll help create a considered visual story that reflects your business and the experience you want people to have.
We'll focus on the details that matter, creating imagery that feels inviting, communicates your brand and gives your audience a sense of what makes your space special.
Your styling service may include:
Pre-Shoot Consultation – understanding your objectives, the space and how the final images or video will be used.
Space Preparation & Editing – refining the arrangement of furniture and accessories, removing unnecessary clutter and drawing attention to the property's or business's best features.
Furniture & Accessory Styling – thoughtfully arranging existing furnishings, artwork, textiles and decorative pieces to create balance, atmosphere and visual interest.
Finishing Touches & Sourcing – identifying any additional flowers, accessories, soft furnishings or props that could enhance the overall look, with sourcing agreed as part of your brief.
Photoshoot & Video Preparation – styling the space with the camera in mind, considering composition, lighting, sightlines and the details that will translate beautifully into photography or film.
Every space has its own character, and every shoot has a different purpose. We'll discuss what you want to achieve and tailor the service accordingly, whether you need a few hours of focused styling or more involved preparation across several rooms.
Photographer, videographer and additional styling-item costs can be discussed and agreed separately, depending on your requirements.
Ideal for: Homeowners preparing to sell, property professionals, holiday-let owners and businesses wanting to showcase their interiors through professional photography, websites, social media or promotional films.
